The 4U server case 4U-465M2 has been specially developed for high-performance and flexible server solutions and is ideal for professional IT environments, virtualisation systems or storage applications. Thanks to its well-thought-out design, it enables multiple systems to be operated in parallel within a single case.
A key feature is the support for installing two Mini-ITX motherboards, making the case ideal for redundant systems, cluster solutions or energy-efficient dual-server setups. Each motherboard has its own front-panel connection, each featuring two USB 3.2 Gen1 ports, enabling convenient operation and fast data transfer.
Two ATX power supplies can be integrated to provide power, enabling both systems to operate independently and reliably – ideal for ensuring redundancy and load balancing.
The sophisticated cooling design ensures stable, continuous operation:
Three high-performance 120 mm fans are fitted in the central section, ensuring optimal airflow throughout the entire case. In addition, there are two 40 mm fans at the rear for each motherboard to specifically dissipate the waste heat from the individual systems.
The case also impresses when it comes to data storage: it can accommodate up to six 3.5-inch hard drives, making it ideal for storage servers, backup solutions or NAS applications.
The robust steel housing ensures high stability and durability in 24/7 operation, whilst the standardised 4U rack format allows for easy integration into 19-inch server racks.
